What we collect on this website

  • Enquiry and claim forms: name, company, phone, work email, the situation you select, and any details you add (receivables band, turnover band, claim amount, currency, debtor location, documents available, message).
  • Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) needed to serve and secure the site.

The DSO calculator runs in your browser; the figures you enter are not sent to us or stored.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, assess and act on a claim you ask us to handle, and keep a record of that correspondence. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Staff and practitioners handling your matter; advocates in our network where a matter is escalated with your approval; our CRM and email providers who process data on our instructions; and authorities where the law requires.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within a reasonable period. Engagement records are kept for the duration of the engagement and the retention period the law and our professional obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent where processing is based on it, by writing to info@kenstonecapital.in. We will respond within the period the law requires.

Debtor data

In the course of recovery work we process information about debtor businesses and their representatives supplied by our clients. That processing is governed by our engagement with the client and by our debtor communication charter.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Strictly necessary technical cookies, if any, are used only to make the site work.
