Partner with Kenstone Capital — India recovery for the insurers, collection networks and chambers whose members are owed by Indian companies.
A named counterpart on the ground, reporting in your format, and no solicitation of your client.
Who we partner with
Trade credit insurers
Claims on Indian buyers need a local recovery partner before and after indemnity. We validate the debtor, run the notice and negotiation, and feed the claims process what it needs — including an early, honest read on whether the debtor still exists.
International collection networks
Member agencies pass India files to a partner who works the way they do: documented actions, status in their format, escalation only on approval. We operate as your India desk, not as a competitor for your member's client.
Bilateral chambers of commerce
Chambers hear about unpaid Indian buyers before anyone else does. We work with chambers as a referral resource for members, with practitioner sessions on how collection and enforcement actually work here.
How a referral runs
| What you send | What comes back | |
|---|---|---|
| Intake | The creditor's documents and your reference | A claim file and a validation of the Indian debtor: registered, functional, or shut down |
| Notice and negotiation | Nothing further unless the debtor disputes | Status at each step; settlement proposals routed as you direct |
| Escalation | The creditor's written approval on the recommended channel | A recommendation with route, cost band and likely time, before anything is filed |
| Reporting | Your template, or ours | A named counterpart and a record of every action on the claim |

Questions partners ask
How does referral work?
You introduce the claim with the creditor's documents; we validate the Indian debtor at intake, run the notice and negotiation, and report back in your format. Escalation beyond the notice goes on the creditor's written approval, routed through you if that is how your network works.
Will you contact our client directly?
Only as you direct. Some partners want a single channel through them; others want the creditor to have a named Kenstone counterpart. Either way, the relationship remains yours and there is no solicitation of your client for other work.
What reporting do partners get?
Status on every claim in your template or ours, a named counterpart, and a written record of every action on the claim. Trade credit insurers get what the claims process needs; networks get what their members expect.
Which organisations do you work with?
Trade credit insurers, international commercial collection networks, and bilateral chambers of commerce whose members supply Indian buyers. Memberships and affiliations are listed here as they are confirmed.
