An invoice is issued with near-certainty of payment; certainty falls as it ages; and it recovers only when someone acts — a process that works, a collector who owns it, or a consequence the debtor believes.

Most of the industry works one part of that curve. Software reminds at the start. Agencies chase in the middle. Lawyers arrive at the end, with no file. Kenstone Capital was built to run all three stages on one record, so that escalation is a step and not a fresh start, and a debtor who has met our process knows that the next step is real.
